Emma Walsh

Emma Walsh is a renowned Leadership & Career Coaching Practitioner and Social Entrepreneur who founded one of Australia’s first online independent HR consulting communities Changing Places, in 2004 which allowed employers to connect with and outsource work to freelance HR practitioners.

For the past 10 years, Emma has designed and facilitated the Aspire –Developing Future Leaders Program at Westpac across all areas of the Banking Group including Westpac, BT Financial Group, WIB, Bank SA, St George and Bank of Melbourne.

In 2007, Emma expanded the focus of the Changing Places group and founded, Parents At Work, to support parents returning to the workforce and to help progressive employers implement family friendly practices. 10 years on, Emma and her team at Parents At Work have coached hundreds of returning mums and dads helping them to navigate the tricky return to work period and has developed online educational courses to support parents to thrive at work and at home as they raise their family.

Today, Emma is busy mother to 3 children, she’s an author, an advocate for the rights of working parents and is a professional commentator to media on the needs of Australian Working Parents. Her clients include Westpac, Lendlease, CBA, Deloitte, KPMG, Macquarie Bank, Coles to name a few.

Having started her own early career in Superannuation and Sales, Emma is an expert at helping aspiring leaders with career reinvention and transition and often describes herself as a ‘career well-being coach’.

Kiri Stejko

Kiri Stejko has over 17 years’ experience in the careers arena in human resources, talent management and recruitment, in multinational corporate environments. Kiri is a trained Psychotherapist, with a BA (Psychology), and a Graduate Diploma in the Science of Psychology as well as Counselling. Additionally, she is a certified HBDI practitioner. With this combination of experience and training, Kiri is an expert in career coaching and talent management.

Kiri supports organisations and individuals from an array of sectors to find opportunities and strategies that optimise their potential and talent and balance this with family life. She is passionate about helping parents and carers feel genuinely motivated and engaged in their careers.

Kiri is busy practising what she preaches, balancing work and family with her daughter and baby boy.

Lisa Davison

Lisa is an experienced career and leadership coach, Lisa has over 15 years’ experience leading and coaching individuals and teams through change often working in dynamic and fast paced environments. Lisa has worked with clients from a range of industries and sectors such as Seven West Media, Fairfax Media, NSW Premiers Department, Macquarie Bank, Ai-Media, Westpac and Qantas. Lisa has a passion for supporting working parents and balances her work with raising her 3 children. Lisa holds a Masters of Coaching Psychology and Organisational Coaching from Sydney University.

Caterina Dunne

Caterina is an experienced consultant, facilitator and executive coach with a background of successfully embedding performance, culture and change solutions across multi layered entities. Caterina has over fifteen years of experience working with leaders within the banking and insurance sector to optimise culture, performance and leadership potential to drive successful business outcomes. Caterina’s passion lies within coaching individuals, teams and organisations to harness their motivational drivers, increase self-awareness and optimise sustainable performance. Caterina holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree, is an accredited practitioner in Motivational Maps, LSI, GSI, LI, MBTI and TLC. Caterina also has extensive project management experience, is PRINCE 2 certified and a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.

Sarah Cleasby

Sarah is a highly skilled coach and facilitator specialising in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development with more than 20 years’ business experience across Europe and Australia. Sarah has worked across a number of private and public sector organisations in industries including: investment and retail banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, professional services, media and government in both the UK and Australia. Sarah enjoys juggling work and family with her twin boys! Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with post studies in Positive Psychology and Performance Coaching.

Rebecca Harper

Rebecca is a qualified high school teacher turned HR professional. She has extensive experience working in the financial services sector and has spent time with one of Australia’s largest property construction and development companies. She has worked in a diverse range of HR areas including managing an internal HR Contact Centre across three geographical sites for a company with 3500 employees nationally. Since establishing her own human capital consultancy business in 2005, Rebecca’s focus has been on learning and development, organisational development, leadership development, recruitment, coaching, mentoring and facilitation.

Rebecca is also an experienced trainer, presenter, lecturer and consultant. Rebecca’s career is driven by her desire to support individuals and teams in reaching their potential so that they love what they do.

Samuel Eddy

Sam has a Master of Science, Psychology from the University of East London and trained as a Counsellor with No Panic, an NHS funded organisation in the UK. As a former Chief Marketing Officer, Sam has led and coached high performing teams and working professionals from organisations including ANZ, Commonwealth Bank and start-up organisations Zapp Payments and Oakam Financial in the UK. Using both his corporate experience, commercial understanding and skills in counselling and psychology, Sam specialises in helping working parents and other professionals manage the intersection between their personal and professional life, free up time to work more effectively and address anxiety and stress issues common with new and experienced parents

Kate Warburton

Kate is a chartered organisational psychologist who helps ambitious organisations drive business results through brain-friendly leadership, culture and performance. With nearly 20 years experience in leadership and organisational development, she works with organisations to create practical and engaging solutions that draw on the latest thinking in neuroscience and psychology.

Her specialties include psychology/neuroscience, leadership development, team development, organisational culture, talent management, high potential development, workshop design and facilitation, executive coaching, performance management, psychometric tools.

Sally Brauer

Sally is a learning and leadership development specialist with over 15 years’ experience of leading in-house Performance and Capability teams in large professional services firms. Most of her roles have seen her working with those who are aspiring to accelerate their career working to support people via leadership development programs, tailored experiences and coaching.

As a Coach, she now works across all industries to build individual and team effectiveness. She is an experienced coach and facilitator who is passionate about helping people to take a holistic view to realise their potential and increase their well-being.

Gill McLaren

For over 20 years Gill has worked in executive leadership roles across the UK, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore in the areas of General Management, Strategic Planning, Commercial, Customer and Marketing at Coca-Cola.

Over the course of my corporate career she has established a deep understanding of different functions, countries and cultures which has enabled her to work with a highly diverse range of colleagues from all over the world. Using her practical coaching and consultancy skills she brings pragmatic, practical and real-life examples to life.

She is also a passionate speaker and panellist on the topics of authentic leadership, women in leadership and shared value creation.

Jennifer North

Jen North is a highly skilled Executive Coach, Career Management and Human Resources Practitioner. With more than 20 years of experience working in Australia, Hong Kong and the UK in senior management and executive positions, Jen brings first-hand knowledge and understanding of what it takes to manage a corporate career whilst raising a family and what it takes to survive and thrive. She has worked within private and public sector organisations in industries including: funds management, investment and retail banking, professional services, media and government.

Ruth Colling

Ruth has been working in the field of Business Psychology and HR since the start of her career in 1991. Her work focuses on supporting individuals and teams to fulfil their potential in the context of enhancing their organisation’s performance. In particular she works with the challenges facing managing directors, directors, partners, senior managers and functional experts. My coaching has focused on areas such as, preparing for promotion opportunities, and then excelling in the new role, developing leadership skills and getting the best from the team, improving confidence, impact and personal effectiveness and dealing with specific interpersonal challenges.

Ruth’s coaching style is exploratory, yet goal focused; empathic, yet challenging. She uses her knowledge of psychology whilst always positioning it in a business context, to help her clients to find solutions to their unique challenges.
